Grape Variety: Carignan Blanc

Found in small pockets of the Languedoc it is used in particular to produce the marc for “Fines de Faugeres” (if the grape Terret has not been used). It has a low reputation, and nowadays is considered a ‘cheap’ grape. Needless to say there are a couple of exceptions to the rule.
