And do we have a selection of 1.5 litre lovelies to gaze adoringly at. Yes, we do. You might say that we are specialists in the double format. They say the best things come in small parcels, but with wine, bigger is usually better. So, if there are four of you, or two of you with a raging thirst, tuck into these behemoths.
Just to mark your card we’re not peddling the usual suspects – clarets and Burgs. There are plenty of natural wines in this selection, some for gratifying quaff, others for laying down a while. There is theory with more than a grain of alcoholic truth to it that Jacques Néauport helped to popularise no-sulphur wines so that he could drink more (wine).
